Rukundo Macdonald is a Business Transactions Adviser specializing in Public Procurement processes and Management. He is skilled in managing competitive bidding for works, goods, services and consultancies from both supplier and buyer perspectives. He is an accomplished trainer in procurement and supply chain matters including Electronic Procurement (EP) and Contract Management. He has great expertise in partnering and handling Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects as well as a vast experience in handling Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives. He helps companies and organizations incorporate sustainable procurement practices into their processes. He is a member of the Institute of Procurement Professionals of Uganda (IPPU) and CIPS-Uganda.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Statistics from Kyambogo University (2023). She is currently pursuing CPA Level Two at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. Promise brings hands-on experience in research, data collection, statistical analysis, tender and proposal development, and project implementation. Her focus areas include procurement processes, supplier evaluation, tender preparation, and cost-effective sourcing strategies. She is also proficient in Microsoft Excel, SPSS, STATA, and Epi-Info. Promise is committed to leveraging her academic knowledge and practical expertise to drive procurement excellence and innovation, creating meaningful impact on businesses and Uganda's economy.
